PREMIUM includes furniture, TVs in living room & bedrooms, housewares, linens, all utilities, premium cable, internet, local phone, bi-weekly maid service, newspaper delivery.

Application Fees

Individuals - $35 per single applicant

$50 married couple

Corporations - $150 (one-time fee – unlimited rentals)

Set-up Fee:

$50 per rental

*Rates vary with shorter or longer term leases (minimum 1-month lease).
